LUCIA desk, A&B Living

The Lucia writing desk is formally inspired by the circular structure of the traditional “batell” boats of Lake Como, also called Lucia from the Manzoni novel. They are used by the fishermen of the lake to transport their catch, but also passengers. It is the very symbol of the lake. The desk has a top with integrated leg upholstered in parchment and a frame in marqueterie de paille and internal detailing in liquid brushed brass metal.
