The Symposion<\/em> floor lamp is a unique piece that explores light as a material in its own right. Anchored in a fragment of Arabescato Fantastico marble, it extends the collection through a layered interplay of materials, assemblies, and shared craftsmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conceived as a vertical, almost totemic object, the lamp combines the mineral density of marble with the lightness of rattan and the delicacy of washi paper. The sculpted marble base acts as a geological anchor, while the structure rises with restraint, allowing light to diffuse softly and gently into its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hand-shaped rattan and washi paper filter the light without constraining it, creating an intimate luminous presence \u2014 closer to a glow than to functional illumination. The lamp does not simply light a space; it inhabits it, accompanies it, and sets its rhythm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each component retains its own identity mineral, vegetal, textile \u2014 and their encounter seeks balance rather than fusion. The lamp thus becomes a point of dialogue between materials, gestures, and different temporalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the boundary between furniture, sculpture, and lighting, the Symposion<\/em> floor lamp offers an inhabited light: a fragment of matter set upright and transformed into a sensitive source, a luminous vestige meant to be experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
