Anthony Guerr\u00e9e is a French designer, born in Normandy in 1987. He lives and works in Paris. As a designer, he has always worked closely with artisans, exploring high-quality craftsmanships and the history of French decorative arts. Each product of Anthony Guerr\u00e9e is functional with a bold, sculptural form and meticulous detailing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Anthony Guerr\u00e9e was educated at the \u00c9COLE BOULLE in Paris, where, since its foundation in 1886, young talents are schooled in the fine and applied arts, and where craftmanship plays a central role. Fascinated by the interior designers of the \u201830s, Anthony joined STUDIO ANDR\u00c9E PUTMAN, in 2010, where he was able to work with the best \u2018makers\u2019 in the world in shaping world-class interiors. In 2015, Anthony went to work for designer Christophe Delcourt, assisting him in designing his DELCOURT COLLECTION furniture, as well as contributing to Christophe\u2019s collaborations with French and international brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In 2020, Anthony Guerr\u00e9e ventured out on his own and developed a unique signature, inspired by his travels, personal interactions and literary encounters. His first furniture collection \u00ab Chairs of lost time \u00bb was inspired by Marcel Proust\u2019s novel \u00c0 la recherche du temps perdu. Each of the sculptural chairs embodies the character of one of the protagonists. With this manifesto project, Anthony Guerr\u00e9e gives his design vision: \u201cI love to design a collection of furniture as one that tells a story, because each design has to be more than simply functional\u201d In 2022, one of his chairs the \u201cVerdurin\u201d screen-chair, enters the collections of MOBILIER NATIONAL. A few months later, he received the \u201cFrench Design 100\u201d prize at Palais de l\u2019\u00c9lys\u00e9e from the Presidency of French Republic.

Anthony Guerr\u00e9e collaborates with numerous French and international brands or galleries with strong influence in the field of furniture and lifestyle such as LINTELOO (NL), PHILIPPE HUREL (FR), NOSTEN ARGENTINA (AR), KANN DESIGN (FR), LA CHANCE (FR) M EDITIONS (FR), A&B LIVING (IT), ATELIER DE TROUPE (US), PRADIER-JEAUNEAU (FR), WALL&DECO (IT) or DE LA ESPADA (PT) wich offer him an international visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also designs bespoke furniture for private clients and interior designers as an extension of his narrative and sensitive universe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
